His experience as an accountant first and a recruiter second allows him to gain an in-depth understanding and partner with clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
Jeff currently serves as Managing Principal for Xplora Search Group. As Managing Principal, Jeff oversees Xplora’s operational and financial considerations. He has 20+ years of recruiting experience for positions in accounting, finance, internal audit and tax and specializes in both permanent and temporary placements of technically skilled professionals from staff accountant through CFO. During his recruiting tenure, Jeff ’s primary role was candidate recruitment and client management for the company. His CPA and accounting background enable him to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ and candidates’ needs and serve as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process, providing insight into the Philadelphia job market, best practices for interviewing and evaluation, and essential salary information. Jeff graduated from University of Delaware, in Newark, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He resides in Bucks County with his family.
